Both of the domain names offered on eBay point to just a static web page. He says that by using the words "knoxville libertarian" in a search on the Google search engine that the stationary web page comes up at the top of the search results"I started the TKL web site in the waning days of the great income tax battle of 2002. That was when there was a movement by some to force a state income tax upon the citizens of this state.
The original intent was to gain news exposure for the Libertarian Party of Knox County (Tennessee). My interests have shifted since then and I no longer have an interest in the news portal."According to Pete Norris when the web site was active it was also indexed highly in the Yahoo search engine. But since it has not been active the Yahoo search engine has removed the domain name from the index.Norris also said that according to the Alexa (www.alexa.com) web rating service there are still two (2) web sites that link to the longer domain name. "When the web site was active there were numerous web sites that linked to the TKL News web site. During politically charged news events there were flurrys of searches that led visitors to the web site."The eBay auction expires on December the 8th.

Tax Certificate Investors Make More Money If They Know
"The Basics" of Property Descriptions!
There are 3 basic systems of describing real property. They range from the time the USA was founded? up to the stream-lined present day systems. Knowing them will let you into the "exclusive code" of the tax assessors and collectors. They set the rules for ALL Tax Certificate and Deed auctions.
In colonial days they used obvious physical features (hills, rocks, rivers, forest, etc.) and a system called "Metes and Bounds". Just the Metes and Bounds System (A description of land by property lines ? with terminal points and angles) is still used by all states at present.
"Metes and Bounds" requires extensive study and serious knowledge of land and geography.
At present, the "Block and Land" system is preferred and very easy to understand! The major plot of land is simply divided into smaller lots and blocks that show the streets with their individual...
